Project background

We elevated Cisco Consulting Services to the forefront of the strategic discussions shaping tomorrow's enterprise landscape. Cisco maintains strong brand recognition but faces intensified competition from emerging AI and cloud computing companies targeting enterprise customers. To strengthen relationships with both traditional IT leaders and broader business decision-makers, Cisco services needed to demonstrate that data center modernization is not just a technical upgrade, but a strategic imperative—and that they are uniquely positioned to lead that transformation.

Approach

What we did

To break out from the crowd, we worked closely with the Cisco services team to develop a customer-first strategy and journey that met stakeholders where they were on their data center modernization journey. The initial research uncovered unique perspectives on current themes and informed a robust activation featuring interactive video, thought leadership content, a digital magazine, targeted ads, and nurture assets. In developing this, we not only created new content, but also identified effective existing work that could be better connected with a journey driven approach.
